PREMIER SHUTTLES & TOURS

  • Premiers’ office is operating from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm every day. We are part of a growing personal transport services company and now also offer shared shuttle services from Cairns to Port Douglas. Our aim is to offer a seamless affordable service. Therefore we focus on processing all bookings online with any exceptions done personally by telephone. This allows us to offer well priced reliable services with safety and total care.
  • If arriving at International Terminal make your way via the walkway to the Domestic Arrivals Terminal T2. At Domestic Arrivals proceed to the Bus & Tour Groups pickup area exit doors which are located at the end of the arrivals lounge near baggage carousel 3. The driver will either be at the exit doors holding a Premier Sign or sms the parking bay number where your shuttle is parked.
  • Once your booking is confirmed there is no need to reconfirm.
  • We will endeavour to organise your departure from Port Douglas a minimum of three hours before your flight time so you can arrive on time for your flight
  • To operate reliable and timely services for all passengers so you are arriving at Cairns Airport within plenty of time for your flight we are unable to offer individual departure time requests. Therefore, we kindly request you are ready and waiting for departure when we arrive at your pickup location.
  • We do not stop other than on designated drop of points any additional drop of point will be charged a fee of AUD $20 and for

CANCELLATION FEES

  • Passengers must cancel in writing 24 hours before scheduled travel time and can receive 100% credit for their next travel, or can transfer that credit to someone else, or receive a refund less the stipulated cancellation fee of 20%
  • Any credits that are later cancelled are subject to the same cancellation terms and conditions
  • For all cancellations that are made less than 24 hours before scheduled departure time there is no refund payable.
  • If passengers at the Airport do not make themselves known to the driver, are not at the designated meeting point, and not contactable on their nominated mobile phone they will be deemed a no show and no refund will be payable if the bus has already departed

COVID CANCELLATION POLICY

If you need to cancel your booking because of COVID-19 either because you have been diagnosed positive, or you or your group has been nominated a close contact the following applies

  • You can receive a credit to be used for a future date or request a refund less the 20% cancellation fee.
  • We do not keep card details however we can either credit direct to your card using our stipe merchant facility or you can include your Australian bank BSB and Account number, and account name.
  • Refunds will take approximately 5-10 days to process into your account.

TRAVELING ON PUBLIC PASSENGER VEHICLES IN QUEENSLAND

Passengers are not allowed to drink any beverage other than water on a public passenger vehicle in Queensland. If these obligations are not followed Queensland Government fines for cleaning charges can be charged

  • Only bottled water is allowed to be consumed on public transport vehicles in Queensland according to the Transport Operations (Passenger Transport) regulation 2018 (Qld) s 232(2). We appreciate your help for maintaining the comfort and safety of others and in keeping our vehicles clean
  • We are legally allowed to charge a cleaning fee of $175 including GST for any beverages that are spilled other than water if in the opinion of our staff requires professional cleaning. This cleaning fee applies to all carbonated and non-carbonated beverages which include but are not limited to Pepsi, Coke, Fanta, etc…. All other spillages like milk, yoghurt, personal care products such as creams, perfumes, etc… and other food like sandwiches, pies, sausage rolls, and any other food type will be charged a cleaning fee. Also, all bodily fluids will also attract a cleaning fee. You will be invoiced for the fee and have 14 days to make payment.
  • Animals other than approved service animals such as guide dogs are not allowed on a shuttle service.
  • We appreciate if you would remove all rubbish when you leave.
  • Smoking including electronic cigarettes are not to be consumed on a shuttle service.
  • Passengers are not allowed to listen to music or watch videos other than with earphones and required to listen at a level as not to be heard by other passengers
  • Musical instruments are not allowed to be played on our shuttle services.
